There's nothing more frustrating than pressing "submit" on a saddle order only to find out that neither the retailer or manufacturer have that particular saddle in stock.

After 14 years in the saddle business, we saw a need for more readily available, in-stock saddles. eSaddles is the product of one too many 6-12 week waits to fulfill our clients orders.

What you see on eSaddles is what we have in-stock. Orders placed by 3PM (EST) will be shipped the same day and delivered to most continental USA states within 2-5 business days.

Returns/Exchanges


We want you to be satisfied! We back all items we sell and offer a 2 week (from receipt of item) money back guarantee. Unused returned items will incur a 5% stocking fee. Any special order saddles will incur a 20% return fee or a 5% cancellation fee if order is cancelled after one week of ordering. There is no cancellation fee for a special or back-order saddle if it is within 1 week of the order date, otherwise there is a 5% cancellation fee. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. Unused apparel items must be returned with original packaging and tags. eSaddles will not accept any returns unless we first issue an RMA number. Please call 1-866-345-5005 for any returns.

Any additional shipping charges such as priority or overseas charges, including return shipping are not refundable.

*Please Note - We cannot accept returns for the following categories: DVDs, Books, Bits, Special Orders (customized items), large quantity orders, Clearance Items.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item you can exchange the unused item for another of similar value within two weeks of receipt. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. eSaddles will not accept any exchanges unless we first issue an RMA number. Please call 1 (866) 345-5005 for any exchanges. eSaddles does not offer free shipping for exchanged items and will charge the actual shipping fee to send the new item. Shipping charges for the original item will not be refunded.

Defective Items and Warranty Work

If you receive a defective item that is outside of the normal quality of the manufacturer or if you need warranty work, HorseSaddleShop.com will either repair the item or replace the item with the same model number, color and size. We require a digital photograph of the defect to determine the condition of the item. Some problems can be fixed without sending the item back and forth. All warranty work must be within the manufacturer's specified warranty period and is usually performed through the manufacturer.

Secure Ordering and your Privacy

We offer online secure ordering which means that your credit card number cannot be intercepted by a third party during the transaction. As an additional security measure all credit card numbers are deleted from our system within 1 month of transaction.


We do not collect any information about our customers to be sold or lended to a third party. We may occasionally send out flyers or informational emails to active customers.
